Two Enjoyable Cable TV Shows

There are so many great comedies to watch on TV, and so little time. From the network television successes like Two and a Half Men, The Office, and 30 Rock, to the cable television programs, there's a wealth of great TV out there every week.

The two TV shows that I'm going to tell you about are both some of the funniest on television. Surprisingly, many people still haven't seen the first one despite its popularity. As far as the second one goes, it's a new production that I believe will gain a following as people discover it.

Larry David is absolutely great in Curb Your Enthusiasm. This show has been around for nearly seven years, and it seems to grow more popular with each season. I'm always laughing when I watch this show.

David brings us into his life after Seinfeld, and it almost feels like he lives through a Seinfeld episode every day of his life. You'd have to see some of the things that happen on this show to believe them.

If you've seen Seinfeld in the past then Curb Your Enthusiasm will definitely have a familiar feel. It's very much like the hit comedy and many people actually believe that it's better than Seinfeld was, believe it as it may.

While you may already be familiar with Curb Your Enthusiasm, there's a better chance that you've never seen Party Down. This is nearly as funny, as there's some great acting and brilliant writing about a crew of caterers in California.

There's never a dull moment, as the crew arrives at a different, unique party situation each week and the plots are hilarious. It seems like every week, someone in the group is getting into some kind of trouble.

To me, it only seems like a matter of time before more people begin talking about this excellent show. While the first season is done, a second one is said to be in the works.
