Whale watching in Cabo San Lucas is a unique and great experience. Seeing these mammals frolicking in the ocean is an awe-inspiring experience.

Whales in the water can be spotted by the occurrence of spouting. This could be a sign of whales nearby. Whale watching could be a very exciting adventure especially if you see these mammals breaching in the water.

Whales are said to be breaching when they leap out of the water and make a big splash upon descent. This is often the most exciting part of whale watching. Another exciting whale show is when they are spyhopping or when they come out of the water in a vertical position, where whales are said to observe their surroundings, including boats around them.

It is unfortunate that whale watching can only be done in Cabo during the months of January to March. These are the months that whales are visiting Cabo.
