What to See in Berlin

By Morten Elm

The capital of Germany is one of the most interesting cities in Europe. In Berlin you find exciting sights, superb gourmet food, a great nightlife and the newest in modern art. Under the World War II, many of the buildings where heavily damaged, but after the reunification they were all rebuild.

When the World War II ended, Berlin where divided into four sectors. In West Berlin there were the American, the British and the French sector, while the Eastern part of Berlin belonged to USSR. The city was merged together after the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989. Today the united Berlin is again the capital of Germany.

The landmark of Berlin, Brandenburger Tor was originally a 26 meter (85 feet) high main gate to Berlin. Under the Cold War is stood in a waste part of East Berlin, but in 1990 reopened as a symbol of the German reunification.

The Reichstag Building (German Parliament Building) is another important historical building in Berlin. In 1933 Hitler used a fire in the dome to declare state of emergency, and in 1945 the Red Army planted a flag on the roof to declare their victory. After a major renovation in 1999 the building reopened with a new, impressive glass dome. If you would like to visit the building, you must be prepared for a long line and a heavy security check.

In Berlin there are many remains of the Cold War. Check Point Charlie is a typical example. Originally it was the crossing point between East- and West Berlin. Today its museum stands as a reminder of a scary time. In the Haus am Checkpoint Charlie you can see photos, kitschy memorabilia from the Wall and devices used to escape from the East to the West.

Berlin is also a shopping paradise. You can find everything for yourself or your home in the largest department store in Europe, KaDeWe. But the most exciting part is the food and beverage department located on the sixth floor. Here you can chose between 1000 different sausages, 1700 different cheeses and 800 types of bread. Even deer and wild boar can be found here. And before you buy, you can taste samples of almost everything.

If you are more into markets, Berlin has its share. The best ones are the weekend markets: Flohmarkt am Arkonaplatz, Kunst- und Nostalgiemarkt at the Museumsinsel and Grosser Berliner Trdel- und Kunstmarkt at Strasse de 17. Juni in Tiergarten. Around Christmas there are also a lot of Weinachtsmrkte around the city, where you can buy Glhwein, waffles and sausages.

Berlin does also have a great art scene. There are a lot of galleries and modern art museums spread around the city. The best ones are the Museumsinsel, the Neue Nationalgalerie and the famous art gallery Galerie Eigen & Art.

Antarctica Cruise Vessels - Weighing Your Options

By Hannah Ellis

People have to decide on many things before embarking on Antarctica cruises. One of them calls for picking a cruise line that does not shortchange you on anything you need. This article talks about the benefits associated with each option when deciding on Antarctic cruises.

Think first if you prefer traveling by small or large ship for the Antarctic cruise. A small vessel can take around 50 to 100 passengers. Larger sea vessels generally accommodate from 200 to 3000 passengers. You have to evaluate what works and what does not about a particular Antarctic cruise ship.

Vacationing on major cruise lines and ashore let you enjoy similar activities and games. Lounge by the pool or play at casinos or do something else involving groups while cruising. The ship has doctors handy for your medical concerns as well as people to help with your nails and hair before formal banquets. Take into consideration that big vessel Antarctica cruises tend to be impersonal.

A big ocean liner will seldom cruise shorelines What stops them are the environmental laws and the large number of people they have aboard. People fond of location hopping are not the best suited for cruise vacations. Those excited about traveling to the shoreline need to be clear on what the ship regulations are for bigger ships. Consider also that time constraints prevent ships from being docked at one area too long.

You get to sightsee more on board smaller ships since they have frequent stops. They drop anchor near the shore so you can take time exploring wildlife and other areas. There are also fewer people to worry about.

People are treated more warmly on small vessels. The cruise personnel along with the rest of the passengers are likewise easy to approach. Pursue your hobbies like mountain hiking and scuba diving or other activities while cruising. Passengers are not charged for consulting physicians at the small ship clinic. Passengers are charged for this service on larger cruise lines.

Safety is always a prime concern. Ice ratings for small ships are usually higher. The ships minimize iceberg mishaps and punctures by being fortified for the ice. Make sure that the ship you will be travelling on is fully equipped with what it needs in case of an emergency. Ships abide by certain laws so this is rarely a concern.

Open your eyes to new discoveries while sailing on smaller liners. Historians and other experts can share with you what they know about the Antarctica experience. A firm specializing in Antarctica Cruises deserves a second or third look. You up your odds of having an enjoyable trip this way. Seagoing vessels vary in size and it is important for you to know their distinctions to arrive at the best ship choice. Travelers would like to come out of the trip bursting with positives.

5 Christmas Ideas For Helping Your Children Believe In Santa

By Ellie Evergreen

This Christmas many parents are looking for ways to make the holiday special for their children. There are various things they do from buying that particular toy they have asked for or putting up special decorations. It can even be simply reading them the Christmas Story or singing carols until it is time for bed. Every parent has their own unique way of celebrating the holidays with their kids but the one thing most of them have in common is to make sure that their kids get a special visit from Santa Claus. Every child know that on the night before Christmas Saint Nick comes by their home while they are sleeping and if they were good all year, they will get the presents they wanted. For young parents it is the first time that they will help their kids have an encounter with Santa Claus. Fortunately there are now a lot of different services available to them that they can now use to help their kids believe in Santa.

The first thing you can do is have your kids receive a letter from Santa. This is a great option because you don't have to make Dad wear a Santa Suit. Also it gives you plausible deniability. If it comes in the mail you can't be the one who sent it there. This is especially true if you go with a service which will give the letter a special North Pole postage mark. Your kids will be thrilled that Santa wrote to them. A great thing about the letter from Santa is that you can order different kinds for different occasion. There is one for your child's first Christmas or if he or she is going through a tough time. Each letter can also be further personalized to add to its authenticity.

Another great idea is to simply have Santa call your home. This is something you can do yourself but if you want to make it even more realistic order a Santa Call! You give your child's specific and they can make a personalized call to your child. This is a great thing if you want to make sure your kids aren't suspicious that you are really Santa.

Other than these great services there are other things you can do to help your kids believe in Santa. One thing to do is to have your kids decorate their stockings and hang them over the mantel of your fireplace or on the wall near the Christmas tree. Make sure to tell your kids how Saint Nick not only places presents under the tree but also puts treats in their stockings. Another great idea is the traditional milk and cookies. If Santa comes by he will eat some of the cookies and drink the milk. This is how kids traditionally know that he has come by their home. Have the children help you make the cookies and even decorate them with frosting or sprinkles. This will make anxious with excitement to see if Santa eats their offering.

Whatever you choose for your Christmas make sure you are careful of your children's feelings. The faith and trust of a child is a fragile and precious thing and you should do all you can to preserve it especially for such a wonderful time as Christmas.

Are You Sure You're Bringing the Right Clothing to Antarctica?

By Hannah Powell

Interesting is one way to describe a trip to Antarctica. Some people however cannot get past the packing stage. Scroll down to find out which things you need and which you can do without for Antarctica travel here. You cannot completely be sure of the weather so it is best to be equipped for anything.

Define what intolerable chilly weather means to you. People have different tolerance levels regarding temperature extremes. This is a major consideration before booking Antarctica vacation tickets. Those with frigid weather issues will be interested to learn that Antarctica weather is not that fierce. Antarctica is often labeled a place that is freezing cold. Antarctica weather is actually no big deal.

Think instead about the clothing layers while on the Antarctica trip. It is less comfortable to be wrapped in one weighty garment than layering lightly. Air remains between the clothing layers which allow you to keep warm. Cotton is not as good at insulation as wools and silks. This is important when considering travel clothes to bring.

Waterproof and wind resistant clothes are necessary for the vacation location. Warmth is lost and difficult to regain if you do not stay dry. The effectiveness of layering is hinged on the kind of outer garment worn.

You will want your layer under your waterproof layer to be very warm. Clothes made of microfleece are ideal. People who went on Antarctica trips know this is true. You can wear cardigans and pants if you are not fond of fleece clothing.

Wear heated underpants for your first layer of clothing. It helps make Antarctica trips more pleasurable. Wool and silk as well as polypropylene are top choices for thermal underwear material. Body heat is maintained more effectively with these fabrics.

Now let us move on to what people pack for Antarctica cruises. Do not forget to bring mittens socks and gloves on the trip. Heat can leave the body if your feet and hands are not covered which leads to you getting cold. Two pairs of socks should keep your feet warm. It is up to you whether you would prefer thick thin or a combination.

Hands numb from the cold can be quite depressing. Fleece or polypropylene gloves are the favored variety. It would help if the gloves were covered with waterproof material. A backup pair will come in handy if yours get destroyed or misplaced.

Cruises to the Antarctic are best taken with something to cover your head like a hat. Heat from the body largely gets released through the area of the head. A hat that keeps both ears and the forehead safe from harm will work. Windy conditions in the Antarctic will be bearable if you have a scarf on to shield your neck and face.

When it comes to Antarctic travel remember to think layers. This is the best way to stay warm. Take along a spare of all your stuff so you can replace them easily if something goes wrong. As long as you stay warm you will have a great time.

Holidays To Cuba.

By Jose Mauricio Maurette

At this point you might have already decided that Cuba is the place that you want to visit for your next long hold destination but perhaps need some guidance on the actual booking process. This might seem a little bit trivial but it is without doubt not the case trying to arrange Cuba Tours .

The truth is that this Caribbean island is becoming ever more popular every year and this creates a dilemma for some travel agents . Cuba is not a late booking destination, at least not if you are planning to go in the so called high season.

The busiest seasons in Cuba falls within the months of July and August, the Easter period, Christmas and New year's eve . November, December, January, February and March are extremely well-liked months particularly for travellers from Europe looking for the Tropic to avoid few days of depressing weather.

Quite often I get customers asking me to sort out a package holiday for them in the above mentioned months , but sometimes the enquiry comes too late . This is frustrating, equally for the customer and myself . For one simple thing , I just can not recommend holiday worth it because all the popular resorts and best hotels are completely booked, and then I am left with the only honest response I can give. "I am really sorry but at this point there is nothing available that I feel comfortable recommending "

If you want to stay in big resorts then there is not much to worry about. The difficulty presents it self when customers are interested in combining areas like Havana, Viales Valley, Las Terrazas, Cienfuegos, Trinidad and or Santiago de Cuba. cities like these with the exception of Havana are very difficult when it comes to hotel availabilities.

If what you want is to organise a tailor made Cuba holiday in a high season my guidance to you is to call at least 4 months prior to departure in order to secure not only the rooms in your preferred hotels but also the best fares from the airlines . If you regrettably did not find this article before and are planning a last minute tailor made holiday , the likelihood is something will be found for you but surely the odds of getting the best hotels are not bright

In the case of low season months is trouble-free to find availabilities and good deals in terms of price and it really does not matter much when you call. We are very confident to be able to match you exact holiday requirements.

I truly hope you have found this article a useful resource and wish you the very best when visiting Cuba .

Why Wear Snake Proof Boots?

By Harry Benjamin Watts

Snake proof boots are great bits of clothing which can protect your from the strikes of venomous snakes. While Southern turkey hunters are familiar with these important pieces of hunting gear, they have to deal with snake infested swamps. The average person isn't even aware that there is footwear designed specifically to protect your feet from slithering serpents.

While snake boots might not be all that common yet, they are growing in popularity. Not only reduced to hunters, many hikers in the desert areas or mountainous forests find them to be a great precaution against worst case scenario.

There are many great reasons for individual consumers to consider buying a pair of snake proof boots. While this article could go over many more, this will concentrate on three great reasons to wear snake boots.

The main reason for purchasing these boots should be easy. Snake proof boots are the only type of footwear that is specifically designed to offer protection against vipers. These companies are based in North America, and these boots are designed to stop the fangs from any of these snakes.

The second reason to wear snake proof boots is to protect yourself financially. Specialty boots like this cost a little more, but in the United States treating a snake bite can cost $15,000 to $20,000, and that's only if no complications occur. When venomous snake bites are involved, over half the time there are complications. That type of financial hit is way too much for most individuals to handle.

The third reason to wear snake proof boots is the peace of mind. Even people who are terrified of snakes can rest easy when they know beyond a doubt that they are protected all the way from the knees down. The far majority of snake proof boots cover from the knee down, and almost 95% of all snake bites happen in that same area.

Hopefully this article has pointed out several good reasons for looking at snake boots. These points span a wide range of topics that include the physical, mental, and even the seemingly unlikely financial. When all these arguments are combined, it's pretty obvious that there is a very good case for the viability of wearing snake proof boots for the protection that they provide.

In the end, the decision on whether or not to wear snake boots is up to you. At least with this article you now know that there are some great options in footwear when it comes to defending yourself from snake strikes.

Britax Frontier

By Linda Jenkins

The Britax Frontier Booster seat is one of the most sought after booster seats among parents. This booster seat is jam packed with as many safety and comfort features as possible. It is also user friendly! Parents have ease when installing the Frontier Booster seat because it has a color coded vehicle belt guide. This takes the confusion out of installing/reinstalling a booster seat.

The Britax Frontier Booster Seat is designed for growing children. Toddlers will safely fit in this seat once they reach the age of 2 and a weight of 25 pounds. They can continue to use this car seat until they reach 100 pounds. This booster seat is designed to be the child's last car seat and will fit them until they no longer need a car seat of any kind.

Since this car seat is designed for larger children it requires additional safety features not found in many car seats intended for babies or infants. To minimize movement and ensure maximum protection, the Britax Frontier includes several key safety features, such as, HUGS system, Premium Latch Connectors, and Energy Absorbing Versa Tethers.

Harness Ultra Guard System - Also known as "HUGS". The HUGS system is a rubber safety device attached into the harness straps. They are made of rubber and create friction to help prevent injury if in a vehicle accident. HUGS works similar to break pads on a car, they slow do the child's movement preventing injury.

Premium LATCH Connectors - The Premium LATCH connectors in the Britax Frontier attach the car seat directly to the car. This approach is much safer than simply buckling in the car seat using a seat belt. Seat belts were designed for an adult or a large child not necessarily for a car seat.

Energy Absorbing Versa Tether- In addition to the Premium LATCH Connectors, the Britax Frontier is equipped with an Energy Absorbing Versa Tether. This tether system secures the upper portion of the seat preventing the tipping or tilting effect seen in many car seats during an accident.

The Britax Frontier includes several smart features that make the child more comfortable without sacrificing safety. The Cushioned arm rests are a great example. These arm rests are comfortable to the child because of the padding, but they also increase safety. These arm rests provide additional security by preventing side to side movement.

Britax went out of their way to make the Britax Frontier the best booster seat on the market. Britax was one of the first companies to offer a booster seat for growing children. They continue to advance their Frontier line, to ensure that growing children have the same high level of comfort and safety found in the larger convertible car seats designed for infants. When children grow too big or become too cool to ride in a "baby" seat, the Britax Frontier is the natural choice for comfort and safety.

Belize the Beautiful

By Dave Bouskill

Belize City is known as one of the most dangerous towns in Central America, according to some guide books. Most people use it as a quick stop before heading off to the beaches, or cruise passengers simply spend their time shopping in the terminal or heading off on an organized tour.

It is worth it however to spend a day or two exploring this bustling town. So before you judge Belize City, ignore what the guide books have to say and check it out for yourself. The largest city in the country, it is filled with friendly people great food and a fun atmoshpere.

Belize is steadily growing as a popular stop for Cruise liners. The terminal is one of the nicest buildings in the city filled with shops and eateries. Passengers rarely leave here unless they are running off on a tour to see the sites. It is too bad for Cruisers, they never really see the real Caribbean cities that they visit. Each Terminal looks and feels like the last and yet to walk around the downtown area, you will find a unique energy and vibe.

Settled by the English in the late 16th century, Belize City is a mix Colonial buildings and Creole Culture. Eat international cuisine, or enjoy the local fare at Jembel's Jerk Pit or Big Daddy's Diner. Music pumps from inside shops as smiling people great you speaking perfect English, only to turn to their companion and talk in rhythmic Creole. The official language of Belize is English, but you will often hear a mix of Spanish, Creole, Mayan and German throughout the land.

You are now free to move on knowing that you gave the city a chance and you can book a water taxi right from downtown to take you out to an island on the Caribbean Sea. The Cayes of Belize are a popular destination and for only $10 you will be zipped out to Ambergris Caye or to it's smaller and more relaxed neighbour, Caye Caulker.

The laid-back vibe of the island has an air of Jamaica, and reggae booms from bars and restaurants. Walk along the dirt roads to look for a beach front hotel and you can spend as little as $20 for a room. Only golf carts drive on the island, so you won't have to worry about exhaust pollution or noise. The resident's work hard to preserve their culture and large-scale development is not in its future.

While there, you have to take in the sites and the number one excursion is to hire a guide and boat to take you out to Shark Ray Alley. Located 1 mile from shore is the Belize Barrier Reef. A protected marine preserve for since 1996, it has a healthy stock of marine life and coral. The highlight of the trip however is having the chance to swim with a group of nurse sharks and manta rays that inhabit the reef.

Many divers in the world travel to Belize for one reason only, and that is to dive the famous Blue Hole. Jaques Cousteau introduced it to the world and it is an awesome site. A collapsed cave in the middle of the sea attracts divers that want to go deep. Drop down to 150 feet and dive under overhangs as hammerhead and reef sharks swim in the chummed waters above. This dive is not for new divers.

If getting into the water with natural predators isn't your cup of tea, take a sailing trip to visit other Islands. Belize has several islands and you can take a trip to have a picnic lunch on the beach or enjoy an island drink at an upscale resort on Ambergris Caye. You can find a company to go with by simply walking down the main sandy street where operations line the path.

After your day exploring, you will be needing some great food and drinks and Caye Caulker has its fair share of restaurants. From fresh catches of the day to Italian or Jamaican Jerk, you will find something to satisfy your pallette. After dinner, head down to the beach and enjoy a cocktail as you listen to a band and find yourself content to just be.

Belize is certainly full of many more sights. It boasts rainforest's and islands, and the largest cave system in Central America. It is teeming with wildlife from Howler Monkeys to Jaguars. Like its surrounding neighbors, it has Mayan Ruins scattered throughout the country for you to enjoy and beautiful beaches can be found everywhere, the best being in Placencia on the mainland.

Belize is not a country that most people think of when they decide to take off to a warm Caribbean destination, but it is growing in popularity every year. Book your trip soon to experience this untouched paradise. It won't be long until the rest of the world follows and it will never be the same.

A Couple Of Quick Movie Synopses To Go Over

By Danny Mitchell

In the past you had to go to a store if you wanted to rent or buy a movie. These days you can stay at home and get movies from a movie download site. Let's look at what you might find to watch using a movie download site.

The Curse of the Cat People: Follow-up to Cat People builds remarkable environment in this tale of a lonely girl who summons up a vision of Simon, her dad's bizarre first spouse. Cast includes Gunther von Fritsch, Robert Prudent, Simone Simon, Kent Smith, Jane Randolph, Ann Carter, and Julia Dean. (70 minutes, 1944)

Bugles in the Afternoon: Simple story of guy branded a coward (MilIand) throughout the Civil War, with a Little Bighorn finale. Cast includes Ray Milland, Forrest Tucker, George Reeves, Helena Carter, and Gertrude Michael. (85 minutes, 1952)

Mickey Blue Eyes: Alarmingly unfunny story based on the renowned nearsighted animation personality refreshed in the energized credits, with Greg Burson filling in for Jim Backus as the voice of Magoo. Nielsen does his best unconditionally, although the pointlessly difficult plot about the theft of a dear cherry just goes on and on. There are a tremendous amount of mean spirited characters for a kid's film. Cast includes Hugh Permit, James Caan, Jeanne Trippet, Leslie Nielsen, Jennifer Gamer, Malcolm McDowell, and Miguel Ferrer. (103 minutes, 1999)

No Love for Johnnie: Civilized research of congressmen who cares only in regards to winning the ballot. Cast includes Peter Finch, Stanley Holloway, Mary Peach, Mervyn Johns, Donald Pleasence, Dennis Cost, and Oliver Reed. (110 minutes, 1961)

Mac and Me: Sort of an E.T. copy in reference to Mac, an outer space being, and his plight in suburban L.A. It is more of a television advertisement than a film. There's a production number set in a McDonald's, and the alien lives on Coca-Cola. Cast includes Christine Ebersole, Jonathan Ward, Katrina Caspary, Lauren Stanley, and Jade Calegory. (93 minutes, 1988)

Hannibal: It has been ten years since Hannibal had escaped. Mason Verger, Hannibal's sixth victim, a survivor, has obsessive revenge on his mind. His plot includes using agent Starling for bait. He feels Hannibal will not be able to resist.

Spungen: Director Cox accomplishes a masterful level of a documentary-reality. He then laces it with metaphorical fantasy icons, with striking outcomes. At the center of the film are two incredible performances by Goldman and Webb, who don't appear to be acting at all: They are Sid and Nancy. The movie is a downer, to be certain, however captivating. (105 minutes, 1969)

On Guard: A loyal swordsman saves a child princess from the evil grasp of her malevolent opponent. The toddler's dad was also the swordsman's mentor. A deliciously old-styled popcorn film that is full of action and set in the France of Louis XIV. Cast includes Daniel Auteuil, Fabrice Luchini, Vincent Perez, Marie Gillain, Yann Collette, Didier Pang, and Philippe Noiret. (128 minutes, 1997)

Ada: Dean Martin stars in this story of political corruption. With determination and commitment, a poor man finds his ways to riches in this politically based drama. Susan Hayward, Dean Martin, and Martin Balsam are the movies stars. (1961 drama Daniel Mann directs)

Mastering Karate - It All Starts With Katas

By Daniel Sanders

So you have decided to learn karate from home and thinking about how to go about it. Then you heard that learning this ancient art requires you to perform a set of pre-scripted marital movements called katas. You may wonder hey why should i learn this stuff? It's just a bunch of movements that is choreographed right?

Well not exactly. You see, while the karate katas you need to practice may just seem like a bunch of stimulated punches, blocks and kicks, they in fact train your body in subtle ways you might not imagine. Over many repetitions, the kata movements become ingrained in your muscle memory. What this means is that now your body will react accordingly to an attack based on the katas you have 'downloaded'.

You will naturally perform the movements from the katas when attacked. Of course, it goes without saying that you want to learn effective martial movements which achieves the goal of protecting yourself. But for beginners who are interested in learning karate, memorizing and ingraining these katas into your body is a great way to get started. It will prepare you for more advanced training with qualified teachers who can show you the applications and more subtle adjustments involved.

So here's what you can do to get started: Buy yourself a book on karate. It should have clear illustrations on all the different katas to perform. Start with the basic movements and stances first. For a month practice nothing but that. This is important as it sets up your neurology for more advanced movements. Once you have the basic katas down and can perform them without thought, move on to another set of katas that are more advanced. Now the key here is gradual and incremental learning.

You should not overload your sense and learning capability. Rushing to learn all the katas before your body has absorbed them is a sure-fire way to get confused. And we all know the old adage How you train is how you react. Confusion is the last thing you want when you are attacked without warning on the streets.

Once you have reached a proficient level for your katas, you should then consider further training with a qualified karate instructor. He or she should preferably have some real-world experience in fighting and be able to impart more subtle applications of the various katas. Follow this formula and your ability to master karate will skyrocket.

2. Volga River: It might not be the most lavish cruise but it certainly has its gems. But don't be concerned, the cabins are comfortable sufficiently and the food served on-board is the best. So go travel the longest European river.

3. Rhine River: You will travel on a excellent boat trough five countries while a group of excellent cooks arrange your very delicious food. You will witness fairytale castles in Germany and party in Amsterdam!

4. Gota Canal: This one is located in Sweden. This cruise isn't a five star cruise either. The showers and toilets are common. But if you don't object to that, you can go for this romantic cruise from Stockholm to Gothenburg.

5. Dnieper River: This cruise is a little longer - you will sail 17 days starting from Kiev, Ukraine to Istanbul, Turkey. However it's worth it! Also the ship is comfortable and lavish, the cuisine is fantastic. 6. Elbe River: This one starts from Berlin. You will catch a sight of Eastern Germany and a little of Czech Republic. It lasts for 12 days and a four star ship provides you all you need to feel comfortable and secure.

8. Rhone River: Journey through France. Very romantic trip through Rhone Valley including a number of great excursions available. The vessel is better than a number of of the five star hotels. 9. Po River: If Italy seems attractive, set off sailing its longest river (even though this is the shortest journey on this list - it takes just 6 days). The ship is reasonably good, and the on-board cuisine is excellent.

(110 minutes, 1958)

At the same time prosperous landowner Harris voyages there to claim the body of his child, who has just been killed. We see phenomenal work by Jones, Harris, and a largely foreign cast. Not as understated as the first making, however powerful in its own way. Cast includes Richard Harris, James Earl Jones, Charles S. Dutton, and Vusi Kunene. (120 minutes, 1995)

My Science Project: Laughless, often tasteless comedy in reference to high school kids who discover an alien gadget that can create a time and space warps. Lars and the Real Girl: Sugary film in regards to socially shocked Gosling, who buys a life sized doll and treats her as if she's alive, to the appall of his older sibling, and brother in law, and the neighbors in their tight knit society. Luckily, an understanding physician (Clarkson) guides them in the right direction. Cast includes Ryan Gosling, Emily Mortimer, Patricia Clarkson, Kelli Gamer, and Paul Schneider. (106 minutes, 2007)

Blind Faith: 2 brothers, one a patrol commander and the other a defense attomey, find their relation and their own sense of self esteem as black gentlemen in 1950s America turned upside down while the commander's child is implicated in a murderer. Tough and striking drama, which opens in the late '80s, concentrates on the racial separate and unfair due process system. Cast includes Courtney B. Vanee, Charles S. Dutton, Kadeem Hardison, Lonette McKee, and Garland Whitt. (107 minutes, 1998)

After Hours: Normal man goes through a succession of weird experiences throughout one remarkable day in N.Y.C. How much you like this joke bad dream can rely on how precisely you relate to Dunne, the only common individual in the film! Cast includes Griffin Dunne, Rosanna Arquette, Verna Bloom, Thomas Chong, Linda Fiorentino, Teri Garr, John Heard, Cheech Marin, Catherine O'Hara, Dick Miller, and Bronson Pinchot. (97 minutes, 1985)

So Dark the Night: Renowned Parisian investigator is set to work throughout his holy day in the French country side. An impressively made B film, something of a sleeper in its time, agonizes only for absence of appeal on the part of its (mainly obscure) cast. Cast includes Steven Geray, Micheline Cheirel, Eugene Borden, Ann Codee, Egon Brecher, and Helen Freeman. (71 minutes, 1946)

This short list is an example of the variety of films you can find online that you can download. Don't forget, search with terms like "Movies On Line" and "Full Movies Online" to find download sites. You can search "Movie Download Sites" if the others don't help you.
