In Spanish, "Feliz" equals to "happy", "Semana" equals to "week" and "Santa" means "Saints", The Spanish people reserve a week for Jesus' rebirth! However, their Easter holiday also only lasts for a few days! (What a great pityHave they ever thought of prolonging it?) But what if I am not Christian? How are these things relevant to me apart from as vacation and eating Easter eggs?
During Jesus' rebirth, he brought with him rejoice, remission and rebirth. Easter is the time for us to correct from our mistakes and to refresh ourselves through forgiving our enemies and those who treat us badly.
These are very good wishes to us, filling up with peace, love and harmony, including to non-Christians. It is through our self-reflection and remission that we know ourselves better and 'reborn' spiritually, as we take of our burden of hating others.
When we review own mistakes and try to improve ourselves, we develop our potentials to the full; when we know how to forgive others, we are bring a happy life to ourselves as we have a relief.
