Beside which they look to use the skin to make items they can then re-sell quickly at a major profit over what they pay for the skin so really this is a win win situation.
Fishing is likewise a great way to make gold in world of warcraft. Players on some servers can make up to 100 to 200 gold each hour. Remember that it's not just fish that you can catch, depending on your level of xp, but also blue and rare purples that command hundreds if not thousands of gold at the auction house.
