Above The Law: When martial arts expert Nico Toscani worked for the CIA he did missions in Vietnam. While there he saw one of his superiors, Zagon, use the war to help him set up a drug smuggling ring. Now, years later, working as a Chicago detective, he starts to close in on Zagon. Zagon is well connected, and this causes Nico his job. Now all bets are off, as Nico will stop at nothing to track the drug smugglers down.
A Big Score: Hardly satisfactory Dirty Harry replica with NARC Williamson disregarding the rules and taking on thug SpinelI. Actually, this script was initially commissioned by Clint Eastwood for a Dirty Harry car that by no means got made.
