However, it is not played with paper targets, it is played with your human friends, where they will be shooting you and your will be shooting them. To understand paintball in its entirety, you should give scenario paintball, woodsball, and speedball a try.
Once you have your opponents in sight you will have to shoot at them with the special paintball guns that are given to you. These can hurt even though it is just paint so you will all have to wear body armor when you play.
A fun game to play is the game of capture the flag. Now, you may have played capture the flag before, but if you were to mix it with a game of paintball, you will have a real fun game on your hands.
To make this game a bit longer, you could give each team five flags, with the objective of the game being to capture the other all of the other team's flags.
